Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and implement software quality assurance methodologies and processes under the supervision of senior QA engineers.
- Assist in the design and execution of detailed test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Log, document, and monitor bugs and issues using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Participate in regression, integration, and system testing activities.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to identify, isolate, and resolve defects.
- Understand project objectives and contribute proactively to test planning and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Year: 2021 to 2024 pass-outs only.
- Experience Level: This role is for freshers only; applications from experienced candidates will not be considered.
- Residence Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 30 km radius of Madurai office location.
Technical Skills :

Terms and Conditions:
- Training Period: 6 months
- Stipend During Training: ₹8,000 per month
- Employment Confirmation: Based on performance during training
- Bond Requirement: 1-year employment bond starting from the Date of Joining (DOJ) is mandatory
- In case of early exit, financial penalties apply as per company terms
- Laptop Requirement: A personal, well-functioning laptop is mandatory
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)
- Accommodation/Food: Not provided by the company
