Novastrid is hiring QA Engineer Trainee | 8000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement software quality assurance methodologies and processes under the supervision of senior QA engineers.
• Assist in the design and execution of detailed test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Log, document, and monitor bugs and issues using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Participate in regression, integration, and system testing activities.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams to identify, isolate, and resolve defects.
• Understand project objectives and contribute proactively to test planning and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Year: 2021 to 2024 pass-outs only.
• Experience Level: This role is for freshers only; applications from experienced candidates will not be considered.
• Residence Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 30 km radius of Madurai office location.

Terms and Conditions:

• Training Period: 6 months
• Stipend During Training: ₹8,000 per month
• Employment Confirmation: Based on performance during training
• Bond Requirement: 1-year employment bond starting from the Date of Joining (DOJ) is mandatory
  • In case of early exit, financial penalties apply as per company terms
• Laptop Requirement: A personal, well-functioning laptop is mandatory
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)
• Accommodation/Food: Not provided by the company
