The Associate Training Coordinator - Managed Services handles end-to-end training administration for global clients. The role covers logistics, learner communications, and LMS activities so that training runs smoothly across regions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with training administration issues over e-mail
- Offer customers resolutions and training scheduling options
- Gather additional information about reported issues
- Perform detailed case analysis, document each case in the system, and generate tickets
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for customers in Microsoft Excel
