Job Overview
NIIT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join the development team. This entry-level role is suited for recent graduates interested in coding, software development, and solving technical problems.
The selected candidate will work with experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications while gaining practical industry exposure.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and properly documented code
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA teams, and product managers
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Test software to ensure efficiency and responsiveness
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments
- Contribute ideas during team discussions to improve systems and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0 to 1 year of experience, freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
