Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Data Operations Analyst to join our Chennai team. This role involves managing and analyzing large datasets, ensuring timely and high-quality data delivery, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within the Market Research domain to collate, clean, analyze, interpret, and visualize large data volumes.
  • Deliver accurate and timely data outputs to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Learn and understand upstream and downstream processes to enhance current role effectiveness.
  • Adapt to flexible shift schedules as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or IT.
  • Arts and Science undergraduates from 2024 & 2025 batches are eligible.
