Job Summary:
New Relic is looking for a recent graduate to join as a Software Engineer in Hyderabad. This is an opportunity to kick-start your career in software engineering, gain hands-on experience in observability, and build innovative solutions ensuring seamless digital experiences. With structured onboarding, mentorship, and real-world projects, you'll develop essential skills and make meaningful contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and master processes, systems, and tools to establish a strong software engineering foundation
- Work with observability technologies to build solutions that enhance digital experiences
- Design and develop frameworks and platforms from scratch using modern technologies
- Participate in team meetings to plan and prioritize work effectively
- Engage in peer code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance software quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience through internships, co-op programs, or work in software development
- Strong interest in SaaS, Observability, or Cloud Databases
- Leadership experience in student organizations, volunteering, or community activities is a plus
- Demonstrated pattern of continuous growth and increasing responsibility over time
Work Model: Flexible (Office-Based, Remote, or Hybrid)
