Job Title: Network Deployment Engineer

Corporate Title: Associate

The Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) Global Network Services (GNS) team manages the engineering, development, and operation of Deutsche Bank’s group-wide network. The team supports network infrastructure across more than 2500 offices in over 50 countries.

This role works closely with Service Owners and subject matter experts to identify requirements and document complex technical information clearly. The engineer also collaborates with networking teams to maintain accurate documentation such as deployment guidelines, key operating procedures, and process flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Service Owners and SMEs to understand requirements and document them effectively.
• Learn internal tools, processes, and standards to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
• Create process documentation following DB deployment standards, including written and visual formats.
• Present complex processes in a logical and easy to understand format.
• Review and update existing content such as Key Operating Procedures and design guidelines in coordination with relevant teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into structured text, diagrams, and workflows.

Skills and Experience

• Up to four years of experience in technical writing.
• Exposure to networking technologies such as Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, Checkpoint, and Fortinet.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Ability to organize work effectively and manage time across multiple tasks.
• Interest in technology and language with a strong problem solving mindset.
• Capability to collaborate with regional and global teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical topics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or experience in networking or programming.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with visual documentation tools like Visio.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
