Key Responsibilities
- Learn Java and the Spring Boot framework
- Gain knowledge of Angular technology
- Understand project requirements and support coding and unit testing activities
- Enhance Java and Angular skills over the next 3 months from L0 to L1
Prerequisites
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree (B.Tech)
- Basic understanding of OOPS and C++
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Hands-on exposure to Eclipse IDE
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
- Good analytical ability and willingness to learn independently
- Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The trainee program is designed to help individuals develop expertise in a functional area while working alongside program managers, with the objective of becoming fully trained for future responsibilities.
