Role Description
As an Internship Trainee in the Cloud Platform Engineering team, you will be contributing to the development and automation of tools and services that support cloud infrastructure and agile development processes. You will work closely with experienced engineers and product teams to enhance software delivery, configuration, and operations for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation tools for monitoring and managing cloud applications
• Create scalable solutions to support agile development and continuous integration
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support software delivery and monitoring
• Develop and maintain custom software solutions for internal tools
• Implement low-latency, high-availability applications with a focus on performance
• Participate in DevOps tasks including deployment, configuration, and monitoring
• Integrate services with multiple cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure
• Occasionally participate in on-call support for the services developed

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field

This team is responsible for the development and operation of critical cloud infrastructure, including reliability, security, and business operations support for our public and hybrid cloud-based SaaS offerings. The team leverages cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and GCP to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions to public safety customers around the globe.
