Job Description

Medpace, a growing global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is preparing to launch a new office in Hyderabad, India and is seeking professionals to join the Core Laboratory team as Database Programmers. Team members will contribute to building the foundation of the new location while supporting global clinical trial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, validate, and maintain clinical trial databases in accordance with company standards.
• Create and maintain data models including electronic CRFs and programmed edit checks.
• Serve as the primary programming contact for assigned studies, providing technical support to the data management team while ensuring quality and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in mathematics, information science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with data managers, coordinators, statisticians, and programmers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C# and SQL is preferred.
