Job Description

Medpace is expanding its corporate activities and is seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Data Coder to join the Clinical Coding & Support team in Mumbai, India. The role involves collaborating with a team to complete tasks and projects that support the organization’s clinical research operations.

This position suits individuals with previous experience in coding, pharmacy, or nursing who want to continue developing their careers in clinical research and data management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately code medical terms and medications using industry standards and internal company guidelines.
• Coordinate the assignment of appropriate medical dictionaries to ensure study requirements are met.
• Create and maintain coding guidelines to support consistent data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a more advanced clinical qualification.
• Experience using MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries.
• Experience in clinical trials or within the pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
