The Business Operations (BizOps) team is looking for a Business Operations Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). This team acts as the production readiness steward for Mastercard products and ensures that platforms remain stable, reliable, and healthy.
BizOps engineers support developers during the application build phase by promoting strong operational design practices such as automation, monitoring, and capacity planning. The goal is to help teams create scalable and fault-tolerant systems while encouraging developer ownership of production services.
