Role Overview

The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) serves as a strategic partner to teams across Mastercard, helping improve operational efficiency and support business growth. With more than 1,100 professionals delivering over 200 solutions across multiple global locations, GBSC focuses on operational excellence and innovation.

The Associate Analyst, Franchise Services supports both traditional and non-traditional customer onboarding processes. The role involves managing onboarding activities from start to finish while ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient business outcomes. The position also contributes to automation initiatives and analytics-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer onboarding processes and handle operational tasks throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Review onboarding projects and coordinate with Franchise teams when clarification or additional information is required.
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service standards related to quality, response time, resolution time, and SLA commitments.
  • Ensure operational support meets the needs of business units, Franchise Customer Enablement teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to analytics initiatives that support the GBSC Franchise function.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in customer onboarding, operations, business administration, card industry processes, or customer service.
  • Understanding of customer or service provider due diligence processes and familiarity with compliance tools used in the market.
  • Ability to collaborate in team environments and clearly communicate processes and policies.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, high-volume, and time-sensitive environments.
  • Experience working in customer service environments, preferably B2B.
  • Experience with customer due diligence processes.
  • Exposure to Power Apps or process automation and optimization tools is considered an advantage.
