About the Team
The Insights & Enablement team builds the infrastructure and tools needed for data-driven decision making and operational efficiency. The Business Development Enablement team supports front-line sales teams and helps improve productivity across processes.
Responsibilities
- Design financial and process controls across quote-to-cash lifecycle processes to support revenue optimization and compliance.
- Drive the revenue assurance program through ongoing reviews of sales opportunities, contracts, and projects.
- Work with sales, finance, and compliance teams to identify and reduce operational risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation for operational procedures and internal policies.
- Create and analyze operational performance reports for management review.
- Assess and update operational procedures based on organizational changes.
- Improve and streamline operational workflows for better efficiency.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in financial controls or revenue assurance related roles.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage urgent or changing priorities.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional and matrix organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work with global teams across different time zones.
- Educational qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA are preferred.

- Protect the confidentiality and integrity of company information.
- Report suspected information security incidents or violations.
