Role Overview

The Services team at Mastercard delivers advanced services designed to help customers grow and scale globally. The team develops end to end solutions for a diverse customer base, supported by data driven technologies and innovation. Offerings include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data driven insights for risk and information management.

Within the Services organization, Advisors and Consulting Services (A&CS) focuses on delivering these products and solutions to clients. The A&CS Insights and Enablement group aims to improve the efficiency of the overall organization by centralizing key operational activities.

This role will be part of a newly formed team that provides centralized support to the business and helps reduce administrative workloads for A&CS project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the business environment and collaborate with stakeholders across A&CS and other Services teams to identify priorities and operational challenges.
• Gain familiarity with the project management lifecycle and identify activities that can be centralized to reduce administrative tasks for project managers.
• Support the development and maintenance of operational processes that improve efficiency for the A&CS team.
• Work closely with project managers and A&CS teams to maintain high standards of internal customer support.
• Coordinate with Insights and Enablement teams to drive system improvements and enhancements that ensure smooth operations and strong user experience.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of business drivers related to the A&CS function.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across teams and functions.
• Strong project management and communication capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform diagnostics and analysis to support efficiency improvements.
• Comfort working in agile environments with fast changing priorities and short delivery cycles.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or FinancialForce and Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
