Job Description
Maruti Suzuki India Limited is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees to join its dynamic workforce for the 2025-26 batch. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will be part of the company’s core engineering and technology teams, contributing to design, production, R&D, and other critical business areas. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in product development, manufacturing, quality, and R&D functions
- Apply engineering knowledge to practical, real-world automotive challenges

- Adhere to Maruti Suzuki’s safety, quality, and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in 10th and 12th/Diploma
- Minimum 65% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in BE/B.Tech till the latest semester
- Only students from full-time, regular academic programs are eligible
- Candidates must not have any backlogs or academic arrears at the time of selection
- Candidates must not have vision-related issues or color blindness
Not Eligible If
- You are pursuing ME/M.Tech or a dual-degree course
- You have completed education via distance learning or open school
- You have pending backlogs or academic arrears
- You have vision impairment or color blindness
Selection Process
- Online Test (Technical, Aptitude & Psychometric)
- Presentation Round
- Personal Interview (Technical + HR)
