Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Requirements:
  • Final year undergraduate or Master’s student, graduating by August 2026
  • Pursuing a degree in BE/BTech (CS/IS/IT/ECE) or MCA
  • Minimum 7.5 CGPA throughout academics (10th/12th/UG/PG)
  • No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding

Job Profiles and Roles

1. Product Engineering
   • Focus on building and improving software, infrastructure, and systems that support our products and services.
   • Engineers will work across the full software and infrastructure lifecycle to deliver usable and maintainable applications.
2. Quality Engineering
   • Combine technical and business understanding to uncover weaknesses, ensure clear requirements, and deliver resilient systems aligned with client needs.
   • This role is crucial in ensuring the robustness of products and services.
3. Reliability Engineering
   • Develop tools and strategies to prevent performance issues and enhance system reliability.
   • Identify risks and ensure quick recovery from failures to maintain system stability.
4. Cyber Security
   • Protect systems, networks, and data by assessing risks and implementing security measures.
   • Work with teams to embed security at every stage, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
5. Service Engineering
   • Service Management: Manage the operational lifecycle of services, ensuring alignment with the ITIL framework and best practices.
   • Service Operations: Monitor and respond to infrastructure issues, ensuring systems remain available and meet agreed performance levels.
6. Quantitative Analytics
   • Data Science: Use statistical and computational skills to create models, generate insights, and solve real-world problems.
   • Machine Learning Engineering: Operationalize, scale, and integrate models into robust systems.
