Our Early Career Programme offers a fantastic opportunity to launch a meaningful career in global financial markets engineering. This 12-month journey is designed to build your foundational skills, connect you with world-class talent, and expose you to live projects using cutting-edge technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Requirements:
- Final year undergraduate or Master’s student, graduating by August 2026
- Pursuing a degree in BE/BTech (CS/IS/IT/ECE) or MCA
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA throughout academics (10th/12th/UG/PG)
- No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding
Job Profiles and Roles
- Product Engineering
- Focus on building and improving software, infrastructure, and systems that support our products and services.
- Engineers will work across the full software and infrastructure lifecycle to deliver usable and maintainable applications.
- Quality Engineering
- Combine technical and business understanding to uncover weaknesses, ensure clear requirements, and deliver resilient systems aligned with client needs.
- This role is crucial in ensuring the robustness of products and services.
- Reliability Engineering
- Develop tools and strategies to prevent performance issues and enhance system reliability.
- Identify risks and ensure quick recovery from failures to maintain system stability.
- Cyber Security
- Protect systems, networks, and data by assessing risks and implementing security measures.
- Work with teams to embed security at every stage, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Service Engineering
- Service Management: Manage the operational lifecycle of services, ensuring alignment with the ITIL framework and best practices.
- Service Operations: Monitor and respond to infrastructure issues, ensuring systems remain available and meet agreed performance levels.
- Data Science: Use statistical and computational skills to create models, generate insights, and solve real-world problems.
- Machine Learning Engineering: Operationalize, scale, and integrate models into robust systems.
- Develop models to price and manage financial products and risks, applying programming, mathematics, and domain expertise.
