Position Overview

We are seeking a Lease Analyst to join our Lease Administration team in Gurugram, Haryana. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong lease abstraction skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to meet tight operational deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and review lease documentation from internal stakeholders.
• Manage document workflows to ensure timely completion of team responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other Lease Administration teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work.
• Abstract key information from leases and contracts into portfolio database systems.
• Verify abstracts and system data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain master document control logs and trackers.
• Review landlord invoices for compliance with lease terms.
• Prepare reports for validation projects, including area, cost-schedule, and variance analyses.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance policies.
• Assist with database report preparation and circulation.
• Identify data gaps and resolve abstraction-related queries.
• Support compliance audits and remediate anomalies.

Performance Objectives

• Meet agreed KPIs for productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports according to the reporting calendar.
• Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• University graduate (Law degree preferred).
• 0-3 years of relevant corporate work experience.
• Experience in lease administration preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate leases is an advantage.

On-site position in Gurugram, Haryana. Full-time role with 40 scheduled weekly hours..
