Job Description
We are seeking a resource with 0-1 years of experience in SailPoint ISC (Basic), Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, or EntraID for one of our engagements. The candidate must work from our Pune or Bangalore office and be willing to work in shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the cybersecurity team in monitoring IDM applications and servers.
- Support JML event processing and handle user queries.
- Collaborate on documentation, reporting, and testing of changes.
- Participate in incident response and investigation processes.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scripting languages (Java, BeanShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
- Understanding of SailPoint ISC / IIQ and Identity and Access Management tools
- Exposure to cybersecurity labs or simulations
Behavioral / Team Skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ready to work in shifts (on a 3-shift rotation pattern)
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours, work environments, and locations
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Focused and self-motivated approach to work
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
