Group and Division

The Semiconductor Products and Customers (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds and sells KLA's product portfolio to help chip manufacturers meet high quality standards for AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Its inspection, metrology and analytics systems detect and monitor defects across logic and memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials.

The LS-SWIFT division delivers high-throughput patterned wafer inspection systems for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. LS systems provide cost-effective inspection for cutting-edge process nodes, while SWIFT systems offer macro inspection of all wafer surfaces, which is especially important for advanced packaging, logic, memory and automotive applications.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will help advance business priorities by delivering high-impact work in your area of expertise.

• Develop software using C#, Angular and C++
• Debug issues in C#, Angular and C++ code
• Build technical knowledge of inspector software and key defect inspection use cases with LS and SWIFT tools
• Take part in the end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Work with teams across different geographies to develop and deliver software solutions
• Partner with systems, hardware, marketing, applications and manufacturing teams on requirements, design, development, deployment and support
• Follow software development best practices
• Be flexible with work timings and join technical discussions with business and peer teams across the globe
• Travel to other KLA sites and customer sites when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals, .NET, C#, C++ and Angular with good software design exposure
• Design skills are a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to write software using clean code and SOLID principles
