About the Role

As a Software Development Engineer (Backend), you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reliable server-side applications that power our fintech products.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Work closely with product and frontend teams to deliver high-quality features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with backend development and RESTful APIs
- Understanding of system design and distributed systems
- Familiarity with performance tuning, monitoring, and alerting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BE/BTech preferred)
Eligible Batch
- 2024, 2025 graduates
