About the Role
Netstratum is seeking a passionate and driven Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team in Kochi, Kerala. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions while collaborating with experienced developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers with day-to-day development tasks and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure software functionality meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Participate actively in design discussions and contribute ideas for product improvements.
- Independently build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to support ongoing projects.
- Adopt Agile methodologies to improve efficiency, predictability, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience with knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
