As an Early Career Technologist, you will help design, develop, and support software applications and platforms that assist people in building a more confident future. The role is suited for recent graduates and early-career technologists interested in creating scalable, secure, and intelligent software solutions.

You will work within a collaborative and agile environment while gaining exposure to modern software engineering practices and AI-enabled technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and refining product requirements and user stories.
• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack applications across UI, APIs, and data layers while using AI tools.
• Participate in peer reviews for code, solution design, and configuration changes.
• Help analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to integrating AI capabilities into applications, including GenAI APIs and machine learning models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Internship or academic project exposure in software development or AI/ML.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills through academic or project experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or COBOL.
• Basic understanding of software design principles and coding best practices.
• Familiarity with database concepts, design, and development.
• Exposure to cloud-native platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Basic understanding of secure coding techniques and automated testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI and ML concepts including prompt engineering and LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with AI frameworks and SDKs such as LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or Semantic Kernel.
• Understanding of responsive UI/UX development.
• Knowledge of microservices and monolithic architecture patterns.
• Awareness of containerization technologies.
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL database systems.
