Position: Junior Engineer

As a Junior Engineer at Wipro, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions, models, and simulations using various software tools to meet client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
  • Work with CAD, CAE, and other engineering software to create accurate models and prototypes.
  • Conduct testing, including impact and stress analysis, to validate designs.
  • Integrate software components into functional systems and ensure operational feasibility.
  • Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
  • Run simulations in virtual environments to provide optimized solutions.
  • Enhance existing applications by identifying improvements and implementing upgrades.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
  • Address defects and issues raised by clients or integration teams.
  • Develop verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems efficiently.
  • Deploy programs and incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and deliver periodic status reports to clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design changes and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate timesheet records and knowledge transfer documentation.

Performance Indicators

• Adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• High customer satisfaction and minimal post-production defects.
• Timely and accurate management information system (MIS) reporting.
