What You Will Do

• Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.
• Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments.
• Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
• Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
• Prioritize pending claims for calling from the aging basket and make physical calls following international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Work on denials, rejections, LOA's to accounts, and make required corrections to claims.
• Understand and abide by the organization's information security policy, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets.
• Report incidents related to information security to concerned authorities.

What You Will Need

• Must be a Graduate.
• Good communication skills (read and write).
• Ready to work in Night Shifts.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience in MS Office suite.
