The Opportunity

This role begins with a 60 day Internship to Conversion program designed to transition successful candidates into a full time Junior AI Engineer position. Individuals who demonstrate strong technical ability and align with the company culture may receive a permanent offer.

The position is suited for recent graduates or early career engineers who want practical exposure to real world AI systems and modern engineering tools.

Role Overview

You will join a fast adapting AI engineering team that develops AI powered products and solutions. The role focuses on hands on learning while contributing to active development tasks.

Junior engineers work closely with senior team members who provide mentorship and guidance during the early stages of the career journey. The work involves experimenting with LLM based applications, agent frameworks, and RAG vector systems.

You will also gain exposure to modern tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, and vector database technologies. Engineers who demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and consistent learning often progress quickly within the team.

What You Will Do

• Study and apply AI and machine learning concepts with guidance from senior engineers
• Develop Python code and work with frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask
• Assist with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing activities
• Run experiments with pre built models and document observations
• Use LangChain and LangGraph to create LLM driven workflows
• Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and branching
• Work with Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures
• Explore vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search techniques
• Support the development and testing of AI agents
• Experiment with LLM APIs and prompt engineering methods
• Use AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor
• Write scripts and small utilities that support AI pipelines and workflows
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and share knowledge with the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Basic proficiency in Python programming
• Interest in artificial intelligence, large language models, and generative AI
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub
• Ability to learn quickly in a hands on and fast moving environment
• Problem solving mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas

Technical Skills

• Foundational Python concepts including data structures, functions, and object oriented programming
• Version control using Git and GitHub
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals such as supervised learning and neural networks
• Exposure to LLM APIs including platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini
• Basic knowledge of LangChain or LangGraph frameworks
• Awareness of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database technologies such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate
• Understanding of AI agent architectures and agent workflows
• Experience using AI assisted coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor

Preferred Experience

• Hands on work with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
• Previous internship or project experience involving AI, ML, or LLM based systems
• Experience using vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate
• Exposure to cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Practical experimentation with AI agents or RAG based architectures
