Information Technology Internship
Octro Incorporation is offering a full-time, in-office Information Technology internship in Noida for a duration of 6 months. Interns will assist the IT team with daily technical operations, infrastructure setup, and system maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and provide support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Assist with user onboarding and off-boarding processes, including email account setup.
- Perform routine system updates, apply security patches, and monitor logs for unusual activity.
- Support the physical installation, cabling, and configuration of servers, switches, and routers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incident resolutions, and configuration updates.
- Work with different operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
