About the Role

Dentsu's Security Team is looking for an enthusiastic IT Project Coordinator to join their Security Transformation Programme. This junior-level position reports directly to the Security Project Manager and plays a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of security initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Project Manager in delivering a defined programme of work.
• Manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Document, track, and report project tasks in line with established methodologies.
• Identify and log project risks and issues, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilize standard project management tools to carry out activities efficiently.
• Prepare clear and timely status reports on ongoing projects.
• Organize, support, and document key project meetings.
• Contribute positively as a collaborative team member.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Business or Project Management qualification preferred, or prior experience in a junior project role.
• Understanding of project structures, roles, responsibilities, risks, and issues.
• Experience in IT industry, preferably with exposure to Cyber Security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and solution-focused.
• Knowledge of IT operations and business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders with adaptable communication styles.
• Awareness of governance and risk management practices.
