About the Role
Dentsu's Security Team is looking for an enthusiastic IT Project Coordinator to join their Security Transformation Programme. This junior-level position reports directly to the Security Project Manager and plays a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of security initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Security Project Manager in delivering a defined programme of work.
- Manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Document, track, and report project tasks in line with established methodologies.
- Identify and log project risks and issues, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Utilize standard project management tools to carry out activities efficiently.
- Prepare clear and timely status reports on ongoing projects.
- Organize, support, and document key project meetings.
- Contribute positively as a collaborative team member.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Business or Project Management qualification preferred, or prior experience in a junior project role.
- Understanding of project structures, roles, responsibilities, risks, and issues.
- Experience in IT industry, preferably with exposure to Cyber Security.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and solution-focused.
- Knowledge of IT operations and business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders with adaptable communication styles.
- Awareness of governance and risk management practices.
