Job Description
IQVIA is offering an exceptional internship opportunity for candidates passionate about cutting-edge technology in the fields of Generative AI and automation. This program is part of our AIML Incubator and is designed to provide hands-on experience in applying AI to solve complex real-world problems across teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and experiments on state-of-the-art generative AI models including large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and audio/video synthesis technologies
• Explore, evaluate, and prototype the latest AI technologies tailored to business use cases
• Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for improved contextual relevance and accuracy of generative outputs
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to fine-tune LLM performance across a variety of tasks and domains
• Design scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions customized for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate, iterate, and improve prototypes
• Build and manage deployment pipelines for AI models using cloud platforms such as Azure
• Benchmark and compare AI/ML services offered by major cloud providers including Azure, AWS, and GCP with respect to performance, cost, and scalability

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Python programming and familiar with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Passionate about AI/ML research, automation, and emerging technologies
• Independent, self-driven, and capable of delivering high-impact outcomes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and technical solutions
