Job Overview:
Under general supervision, the Associate QA Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex software applications. You will be actively involved in understanding project requirements, designing and executing test cases, and validating software functionality to meet client expectations. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review business requirements and technical specifications to prepare comprehensive test plans.
• Develop, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for various compliance and client implementation projects.
• Identify, log, and track software defects using industry-standard tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings as part of Agile teams.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk factors to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes and suggesting enhancements.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Test Planning, Defect Tracking, SDLC, Test Case Authoring, Quality Assurance, Bug Reporting, Agile Methodology, Communication, Collaboration, Basic Testing Tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, QTP)
