About the Role
ION Group is seeking talented Software Developers from the B.Tech graduating class of 2026 to join our Leadership Development Program in Noida. This full-time, on-site opportunity begins in January 2026 and offers a chance to work on cutting-edge software solutions for global clients, including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solutioning: Interpret business requirements and contribute to effective product solutions.
- Architecture & Design: Apply modern engineering principles and design patterns to build scalable, maintainable systems.
- Development & Integration: Write clean, efficient code and integrate solutions using current and emerging technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Automation: Streamline complex workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Innovation: Introduce new ideas, tools, and features to improve product quality and usability.
Your Contribution
As part of an Agile team, you will design and deliver innovative solutions, tackle complex technical challenges, automate sophisticated business processes, and bring forward-thinking ideas to enhance products and processes.
