Overview
Job Summary:
Innovaccer is hiring IT Apprentices to assist in configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, and permissions. This role involves troubleshooting Jira-related issues, gathering requirements from teams, documenting best practices, and recommending process improvements. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, project management tools, and collaborative environments.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and permissions
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for Jira issues
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for Jira configurations
- Document best practices and user guides
- Stay updated with Jira features and recommend improvements

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
