Job Summary:
Innovaccer is hiring IT Apprentices to assist in configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, and permissions. This role involves troubleshooting Jira-related issues, gathering requirements from teams, documenting best practices, and recommending process improvements. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, project management tools, and collaborative environments.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and permissions
Provide first-level troubleshooting for Jira issues
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for Jira configurations
Document best practices and user guides
Stay updated with Jira features and recommend improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset
Willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
