About the Role

Innovaccer is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice in IT to support our fast-paced tech environment. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned IT professionals and gain critical hands-on experience. As an IT Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal teams, managing systems, and ensuring the seamless functioning of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues
• Support IT-led projects and participate in their successful execution
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and internal procedures
• Participate in team meetings and assist with collaborative problem-solving
• Learn and assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices
• Offer technical assistance to team members and other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong interest in information technology and continuous learning
• Good understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware
• Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently as well as in a collaborative environment
