Infor is hiring QA Engineer - YOE 1-2

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer Analyst to join our Infor Design team. The role involves contributing to the quality assurance of Infor Component Libraries and Websites through automation testing, process improvements, and collaboration within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members across different time zones to synchronize QA efforts.
• Write and execute automation tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous deployment and the release process for Infor Design.
• Partner with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve blockers.
• Support the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and tools to meet quality coverage goals.
• Execute testing strategies to ensure product reliability and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience in QA and testing automation.
• Proven ability to write and execute automation tests as part of QA processes.
• Experience in defining technical directions for test automation and continuous integration.
• Strong expertise in implementing metrics to measure software quality.
• Proficiency in Accessibility testing, tools, and automation.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing test automation strategies (unit, functional, and integration testing).
• Ability to execute automated test suites and troubleshoot test failures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced expertise in Accessibility testing and standards.
• Backend programming experience.

Batch Eligibility:

• 2022, 2023 graduates.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
