Job Description
We are hiring entry-level Software Engineers to join the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) development team at Infor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative cloud-based solutions used by thousands globally. You will be contributing to a range of projects, including in-memory engines, cloud platforms, data visualization tools, DevOps, and automation systems. If you're passionate about coding, learning, and working collaboratively within agile teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional agile teams to develop highly concurrent and scalable systems
- Analyze user requirements and convert them into functional, tested code
- Plan, develop, debug, and refactor both new and existing features
- Work across the full stack: front-end and back-end development
- Conduct root cause analysis and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to high-performance application development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality software
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development
- Bring interpersonal and technical skills to the team and proactively engage in knowledge sharing
Candidate Profile
- Strong foundation in OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and SQL
- Practical exposure to application development using .Net/C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with relational database management systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Self-starter attitude and a high level of motivation
