Infineon is seeking a Specialist in Supply Chain Management to analyze operational challenges and business trends using a data driven approach. The role focuses on aligning supply chain activities with customer product requirements and supporting business initiatives across teams and geographies.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in this position include:
- Understand customer product requirements and ensure the supply chain is aligned to meet them.
- Analyze operational trends and problems, identifying solutions that address customer and business needs using data driven methods.
- Contribute to cross functional initiatives that improve overall business performance.
- Work within a fast paced and collaborative environment, sharing responsibilities across global teams.
- Implement supply chain processes and systems that support Infineon's long term growth.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Engineering or Math/Science graduate with 0 to 1 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning.
- High attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and cultures.
- Experience with industry standard ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and planning platforms like i2 or JDA is advantageous.
- Comfort working in dynamic, high pressure business environments with changing conditions.
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel including Macros, with exposure to PL/SQL considered beneficial.
- Background exposure to statistics or operations research concepts or projects is an added advantage.
