Overview
Your Role
In this role, you will collaborate with departments across the business to understand automation requirements and support process improvements.
- Work with teams to identify business needs for automation initiatives
- Provide input on technical feasibility and workflow optimization across end-to-end processes
- Implement applications in close coordination with peers and end users
- Support operations of tools, including system maintenance, network administration, data management, and service administration
- Assist in upskilling colleagues with less technical exposure
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and digitalization approaches
- Knowledge of Linux, MariaDB/MySQL, and DevOps practices with practical exposure in production environments
- Experience working with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and KNIME
- Familiarity with OKR or agile methodologies
- Good communication skills in English
