About Role:

Partner Enablement & AI Adoption

• Educate partners on AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to upskill partners on AI models and tools
• Provide technical guidance and resources to help partners integrate AI into their solutions
• Support partners in AI/ML development, deployment, and optimization

AI Solution Development & Integration

• Collaborate with partners to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions
• Assist partners in integrating AI models (machine learning, NLP, computer vision) into their products
• Customize AI models to suit partner use cases
• Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in AI deployments

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide hands-on technical support during AI development and deployment
• Troubleshoot AI-related issues to ensure smooth integration
• Work closely with internal AI teams to resolve partner challenges

Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and business partners
• Act as a bridge between internal AI teams and external partners
• Gather feedback and relay insights to improve AI offerings
• Align AI solutions with partner business objectives and industry trends

AI Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on latest AI trends, tools, and best practices
• Experiment with emerging AI models and frameworks
• Collaborate with researchers and developers to enhance AI capabilities

Compliance, Ethics & Responsible AI

• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI principles and regulations
• Advise partners on AI governance, data privacy, and compliance
• Promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI deployments

Education Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Technical Skills Required

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AI & Machine Learning Frameworks, AI/ML libraries, Large-scale AI models (LLMs, generative AI, reinforcement learning), Edge AI, AI model optimization, AI-driven APIs, SDKs, DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Automation tools, Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless AI deployments, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, Data pipelines, Feature engineering, Model training, SQL, NoSQL, GraphDBs, AI observability and monitoring tools, Model explainability, AI performance tuning, Cloud AI services.

Preferred Experience

• Strong experience in AI/ML, deep learning, data science, including Generative AI
• Proficiency in Python and popular AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Knowledge of cloud AI services and MLOps
• Excellent communication and technical enablement skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
