About the Role
IBM is hiring Associate System Engineers for its Client Innovation Centers across India. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge technologies in hybrid cloud and AI, collaborating with global clients to design, develop, and support software solutions. You will be part of a team that delivers deep technical expertise and drives innovation across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and support
- Analyze and improve existing systems with guidance from technical leaders
- Engage in all phases of development including design, release changes, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative coding solutions
- Build applications that are high-performing, responsive, and maintainable
Eligibility
- Batch: 2026
- Final year students with no active backlogs
- Must complete degree before joining IBM
Education Requirement
- BE / BTech in Computer Science (specializations such as CSE, AIML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.) or Information Technology
- Minimum 6 CGPA or 60%
Technical Skills Required
Java, C++, Python, Node.js, Software Development Life Cycle Concepts, Problem Solving, Cloud Computing, AI, Data Structures, Algorithms, Communication Skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work from anywhere in India
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
