Responsibilities

As a Process Associate, Procure to Pay (P2P), you will handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable and manage Vendor Accounts. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts.

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
• Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
• Adhere to SLAs and timelines
• Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
• Address queries and take follow-up actions

Requirements

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-directed and ambitious, with a record of meeting targets
• Able to thrive under deadlines and contribute to change management
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
