Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an HR Assistant (Learning & Development) based in Chennai.

What A Typical Day Looks Like

• Support learning interventions aligned with business needs.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for coordinating both online and offline training programs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across L&D initiatives.
• Handle Workday L&D transactions, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee learning records.
• Address SNC queries related to learning programs.
• Maintain and publish MIS & reports for program performance, participation, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and engagement.

The Experience We're Looking to Add to The Team

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of basic and advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate project management knowledge.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and vendors professionally.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, ensuring alignment with flexible ways of working and shared goals.
