Job Description

Within HPE, the Operations, Legal and Admin teams support the business through content, data, and information management activities that help accelerate transformation initiatives.

The role involves administering and maintaining sales operational systems and processes, including catalog management, web content, online resources, and data systems that support sales and partner activities.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, configuration, updates, and maintenance of sales tools, catalog systems, websites, online content, and partner portal content
• Implement approved updates and configuration changes across tools and systems
• Collect, consolidate, and present data for reporting purposes
• Build understanding of systems, processes, and stakeholder relationships

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
• Typically 0-2 years of experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic understanding of business and sales processing tools and systems
• Knowledge of sales processes and operational practices
• Analytical and statistical problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English and local language
