This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of working from the HPE office approximately two days per week.

Job Description

HPE Financial Services supports organizations in creating investments for digital transformation in a sustainable and innovative way. The team partners with customers across their entire IT asset portfolio, from edge systems to end-user devices, providing financial and asset management solutions along with technology upcycling services.

Job Family Definition

Provide professional solutions to company end users, dealers, and service providers for unresolved escalated cases received via phone or written communication. The role also acts as an escalation point for field employees, executives, and channel partners regarding customer satisfaction concerns such as availability, pricing dissatisfaction, product safety issues, or complaints related to the company or its authorized partners.

What You'll Do

• Apply foundational knowledge of functional principles, theories, and concepts to assignments with limited scope.
• Use professional knowledge obtained through education, specialized training, or prior experience.
• Develop practical expertise in business applications and processes.
• Support team efforts by providing information, analysis, and recommendations.
• Exercise independent judgment within defined guidelines.

What You Need to Bring

• Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or 1–2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree.

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic understanding of customer relations and service practices.
• Familiarity with microcomputer hardware and basic knowledge of operating system software.
• Ability to prepare written responses and handle correspondence effectively.
