Job Summary

The associate performs installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment according to industry standards. This position ensures quality services, analyzes IT issues, maintains documentation, and provides site support. The role also involves acquiring skills, adhering to guidelines, supporting plans, and performing assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers following established procedures to ascertain and enhance customer satisfaction by clarifying and meeting their needs.
• Conduct installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Deliver standardized services that meet established quality benchmarks.
• Leverage data from reliable sources to ensure precise alignment with customer product requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within IT infrastructure, including enterprise systems, servers, storage, and networking.
• Maintain departmental documentation for work orders, software, inventory, and other required paperwork.
• Provide site support for customer break-fix activities and technical assistance to third-party and channel authorized service providers.
• Acquire job skills and complete routine assignments/tasks, adhering to guidelines and ensuring confidentiality in all dealings with company data.
• Assist in implementing new processes, support department-level operational plans, and share technical information with colleagues and clients.
• Solve defined problems using established procedures and deliver basic technical, administrative, or operative tasks under direct instruction and close supervision.
