
This role involves providing technical assistance to Japanese users for computer and IT software related issues through phone support. The engineer is expected to deliver IT solutions within defined timelines while ensuring customer requirements are met.
The service operates 365 days a year. Employees work five days with two days off on a rotating schedule.
Typical shifts include 08:00–17:00 or 11:00–20:00. Compensatory leave is provided when working on weekends.
