Job Summary
This role focuses on understanding the organization’s products and services while building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of the organization’s products, services, solutions, and software, including their value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Build professional relationships with clients, identify their business needs, and communicate these requirements to internal teams.
- Support account managers by responding quickly to customer requests within the specialized sales area.
- Contribute to pipeline growth by generating leads, referrals, and expanding opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Identify ways to streamline sales processes and collaborate with colleagues to implement improvements.
- Assist in customer interactions such as meetings, calls, and presentations alongside experienced team members.
- Gather and review information on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies, then share insights to improve positioning.
- Learn to communicate the value of the organization’s offerings while addressing client requirements and concerns.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication capabilities.
Education and Experience
A four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is recommended, or equivalent work experience and demonstrated competence. Candidates typically have 0 to 2 years of experience, ideally in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a similar area.

The role contributes to team efforts by providing information, analysis, and recommendations that support ongoing work and decision making.
