Overview
Customer Delivery Manager
This role supports operational service delivery and customer engagement by helping maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams. The position focuses on monitoring service performance, supporting operational processes, and ensuring customer requirements are addressed through established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of positive operational relationships with customers, ensuring local requirements are understood and addressed.
- Act as a contact point for routine operational matters, assisting with performance tracking, reporting, and communication with both customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and report service delivery performance against defined goals, escalating issues when required and assisting with corrective actions.
- Track expense targets and help implement cost controls for service delivery while identifying potential areas for cost optimization.
- Assist in identifying and managing risks for lower risk projects, supporting timely and cost effective delivery of service level agreements across functions.
- Participate in preparing service delivery plans and help implement standard processes and procedures.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
- Measure and report key performance indicators while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Apply established company procedures to resolve routine operational issues using standard analysis methods.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and improved customer engagement.
Education and Experience
- Typically 0 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in ITIL or ITSM environments, business operations, customer support, or a related domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant competence.

The role contributes to team outcomes by providing information, analysis, and recommendations that support overall service delivery objectives.
Complexity
Applies basic theories and concepts to routine tasks while developing practical experience in service delivery operations.
