Job Summary
This Process Associate role focuses on candidate validation and monitoring during remote testing sessions. The work covers check-in, supervision, quality checks and incident reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate candidate records uploaded during the check-in process.
- Guide candidates during greeting, such as adjusting their workspace or retaking photographs.
- Supervise candidates during testing sessions using video streaming and a remote administration console.
- Monitor for suspicious or noteworthy activity and communicate with candidates when needed.
- Make sure candidates follow all testing policies and do not put exam security at risk.
- Assist candidates with technical issues and report candidate incidents to the Program Coordinator team through Case.
- Act on feedback given during monitoring sessions by PICs and Team Leads.
- Document all activity accurately in the client CRM.
- Protect customer data and keep proprietary information secure.
- Meet SLAs and maintain quality standards.
