HCLTech Noida Hiring Process Associate (Accounts Payable) | Freshers

Job Summary

HCLTech is looking for a Process Associate to join our Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay function in Noida. This is an entry-level role (HCL Job Level E0.1) with positions to be confirmed separately.

Job Profile

• Handle Accounts Payable responsibilities for a global client's F&A process.
• Manage all accounts payable activities for the assigned entities.
• Process invoices and troubleshoot related issues.
• Adhere strictly to TAT, accuracy, KPIs, and other SLAs.

Required Profile / Experience

• Good accounting knowledge in the Procure to Pay function (Accounts Payable).
• Understanding of invoice processing types, including PO and Non-PO.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Supply Chain Operations (Rail, Trucking, Marine), or Heavy Industries companies is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP / VIM is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirement

• Accounting Graduate.

• 24*7 window.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer queries and issues through email or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
2. Accurately enter, update, and manage data in various systems and databases.
3. Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and escalate issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
4. Monitor and ensure the quality and high accuracy of processed data and customer interactions.
5. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance operational workflows.
