Job Description
HCLTech is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates for the role of Customer Service Associate. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, eager to start their corporate journey, and willing to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via calls or emails
• Resolve queries related to orders, transactions, or accounts
• Provide prompt and accurate responses
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up as needed
• Work collaboratively with team leads and other departments

Technical Skills Required
Customer Service, Communication Skills, Email Etiquette, Problem Solving, English Fluency, Call Handling, MS Office Basics

Eligibility Criteria

• Batch Eligible: 2024 and 2025 graduates
  • 2025 graduates can apply only if final semester results are available
  • 2024 graduates must have no active backlogs
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Non-Engineering)
  • Note: BE, B.Tech, and MCA candidates are not eligible
