Job Summary

As a VMware Support Administrator, you will help maintain our virtualized environments and deliver high-quality support to clients. You will use your knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter and vSAN to resolve technical issues independently, carry out root cause analysis and improve customer satisfaction. The role drives operational excellence and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support by troubleshooting and resolving VMware vSphere and vCenter issues, keeping downtime to a minimum and meeting quality standards.
• Carry out thorough root cause analysis of escalated issues using VMware SRM and Aria monitoring tools, and put corrective actions in place to prevent recurrence.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency and support training for new analysts.
• Manage and resolve support tickets independently within agreed SLAs, handling ticket volume efficiently and resolving cases on time.
• Improve customer satisfaction by meeting first call resolution targets and reducing reopened cases, contributing to positive CSAT scores.
